What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit — such as your language preference or whether you have already been shown a notice — so that the experience feels consistent when you return.
Cookies are not programs and cannot run code or carry viruses. They simply hold a modest amount of text that the website can read the next time you visit. You remain in control of whether cookies are stored on your device, and you can review or clear them at any time through your browser settings.
On this website we use a small number of cookies to keep the site working correctly and, with your agreement, to understand how visitors use it. We do not use cookies to identify you personally or to share your data with advertisers.
Cookie Categories We Use
Essential Cookies Always active
These cookies are needed for the website to function. Without them, features like the navigation menu and contact form would not work properly. Because they are strictly necessary, they cannot be switched off. They do not store any information that could identify you personally.
- Cookie consent record (localStorage) — remembers whether you have reviewed your cookie preferences
- Session state — keeps the page functioning correctly during your visit
Duration: session or up to 12 months for consent record
Analytics Cookies Optional
These cookies help us understand how visitors arrive at the site and which pages are most useful. The data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors. We use this information to improve the layout and content of the site over time.
- Google Analytics — page views, session duration, referral source
- Internal usage counters — which sections of the site are visited most
Duration: up to 24 months
Marketing Cookies Optional
Marketing cookies allow us to understand whether visitors found the site through a paid listing or referral, and to show relevant content if you revisit. We do not currently run advertising campaigns, but this category covers any future use. No data is sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
- Campaign attribution — records the source of a visit if you arrived via a link
Duration: up to 90 days
Preference Cookies Optional
These cookies remember choices you make on the site — for example, which section of a page you last read. They make the experience slightly more convenient if you return to the site later.
- UI state — which accordion sections were last open
- Scroll position memory — returns you near where you left off
Duration: up to 6 months
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by external services that appear on our pages. We have limited control over these, but we only enable them when you have agreed to the relevant category above.
Google Analytics
Provides aggregated visitor statistics. Data is processed by Google on servers outside Thailand. Google's privacy policy and data processing terms apply. Enabled only when analytics cookies are accepted.
Google Maps
The embedded map on our homepage may set cookies from Google's domains. These help the map function correctly and may record that a map was loaded. Accepted when analytics cookies are accepted.
We do not embed social media widgets or advertising networks on this site.
Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two broad categories by how long they persist:
Session Cookies
These exist only while your browser window is open. When you close the browser, session cookies are deleted automatically. They are used for things like keeping the navigation menu in the correct state during a single visit.
Persistent Cookies
These remain on your device after you close the browser, until they expire or you delete them. The durations we use are listed under each cookie category above. We set the shortest duration that is practical for each purpose.
Your Cookie Preferences
You can adjust your preferences below. Changes take effect immediately and are saved to your browser. Essential cookies cannot be switched off as they are needed for the site to work.

Your Rights and Controls
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and broadly recognised data protection principles, you have the right to:
- Withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time using the controls above — this does not affect the lawfulness of any prior use
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used
- Request correction or deletion of personal data we hold
- Object to certain types of data processing
Disabling analytics or marketing cookies will not prevent you from using the site. Some preference-related features may behave differently if preference cookies are off, but all core content and the contact form will continue to work normally.
