Google Chrome

Mozilla Firefox

3. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select your preferred protection level.
4. To clear cookies, scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
5. For per-site exceptions, click Manage Exceptions and add individual sites.

Apple Safari

1. Open Safari and choose Safari in the top menu bar, then Settings (or Preferences on older versions).
2. Click the Privacy tab.
3. Use Manage Website Data to see and delete cookies stored by specific sites.
4. Tick Prevent cross-site tracking to reduce third-party cookies.
5. On iPhone or iPad: go to Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security.

Microsoft Edge

1. Open Edge and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
2. Select Settings, then choose Cookies and site permissions.
3. Click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
4. Toggle Allow sites to save and read cookie data on or off as preferred.
5. Use See all cookies and site data to find and remove cookies from specific sites.

On mobile browsers: Cookie controls are usually found under Settings → Privacy or Settings → Site Settings, depending on the browser and operating system.

Your Rights and Controls

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and broadly recognised data protection principles, you have the right to:

• Withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time using the controls above — this does not affect the lawfulness of any prior use
• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used
• Request correction or deletion of personal data we hold
